Woman says her husband keeps going to Thailand on secret trips and sends money there

Woman says her husband keeps going to Thailand on secret trips and sends money there

Every time she tries to address it with her partner he tells her it's none of her business.

A woman has bravely revealed her marital struggles on live television as she begs for guidance on what to do.

The woman, who stated her name is Julie, called This Morning to get help during the show's Dear Deidre segment.

She said her husband of nearly 50 years keeps nipping off to Thailand without telling her and she's discovered he's been sending money to someone in the country.

She told hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, as well as Deidre Sanders, that she's at her wit's end.

"It's normally on a Wednesday night he goes. I just come home, there's no note, nothing, passport, gone, clothes gone," she revealed.

She added: "I'm 70 now...I just don't know what to do."

It was revealed on This Morning that hundreds of pounds have been sent to the mysterious person in Thailand.

Julie said that whenever she tries to bring it up with her partner, he just tells her it's none of her business.

Holly said this is definitely not okay while Phillip suggested Julie's partner might be cheating on her with a 'man or a woman'.

Deidre added: "Of course what your husband is doing is your concern and funnelling out hundreds of pounds of family income - that is terrible."

Julie clarified that the money that was being sent to Thailand wasn't from their joint account.

There could be a perfectly logical and above-board reason for the discretion, however there could also be a dark side.

People went absolutely off on social media about the story and many begged Julie to leave her partner.

One person wrote: "Julie, he’d be bloody gone if he was married to me. He can’t be going off to Thailand every 5 minutes then comeback to you when he feels like it."

Another added: "I think we know why he’s going to Thailand Julie."

A third said: "Julie, just change the locks next time. Or move."

A different viewer commented: "It might be difficult at 70 but my God Julie. Locks changed next time he's away. He's an absolute d**k."

We'll have to wait and see if there's any update from Julie on the situation and whether it gets resolved or she gets any answers out of her husband.
