Vinted is down for millions of users as people left unable to use app or send parcels

Buying and selling marketplace Vinted is down for countless users who have been left unable to send parcels.

Popular with people trying to shift clothes they no longer wear, countless users have taken to social media to force their frustration with it being down.

When users go on the Vinted app, it says: "Website currently unavailable. Bad gateway."

One user posted on X: "Seems Vinted is down for everyone.

"I’ve just had a panic because I’ve got a parcel to post and need the label. Hoping all my data and my listings etc are safe."

A second wrote: "F**k sake Vinted, I was gonna send off a bunch of items today and you're down."

A third posted: "Is this a sign? The only time I sell on Vinted.. drive to print and post and Vinted is down."

And a fourth said: "Okay Vinted is down. Now it seems to be possible to access it but the listed item cannot be visualised."

More than 3,000 people reported Vinted as not working by 12.40pm via downdetector.co.uk.

The majority of reports were via the app, with around 11% from the website directly.

A Vinted spokesperson told LADbible: "Earlier today, there was a temporary technical incident, which was fixed as soon as the team became aware of it."
