A policeman has been charged with murder after a TV presenter and his boyfriend went missing.
Former host of Australian morning show Studio 10, Jesse Baird and Luke Davies were last seen on Monday (19 February) with a desperate search launching to find them.
Police found clothes belonging to them bloodied and in a skip and said their families had been ‘unable to contact’ either of the men.

A public appeal for information was issued on Wednesday by New South Wales Police Force following the discovery of their clothes.
And now former celebrity blogger and police officer Beau Lamarre-Condon has been charged with murdering the pair.
He appealed in court this afternoon (Australian time) after handing himself in to police.

Police allege that the 28-year-old shot the couple with his police pistol at Baird’s home in Paddington, Sydney.
According to court documents, Baird and Davies were allegedly killed in the early hours of Monday, not long after they were last seen at a pre-Mardi Gras party at a Sydney nightspot.
Police allege Lamarre-Condon hired a white van on Monday evening, which he used to dispose of their bodies.
It is then believed the officer returned the alleged murder weapon on Tuesday to a locked firearms safe at a police station.
The former celeb blogger reportedly then took sick leave from the police for the rest of that day and didn’t show up for work on Wednesday.

In a press conference on Friday afternoon, Detective Superintendent Daniel Doherty from the State Crime Command’s Homicide Squad shared more information on the investigation as he confirmed two murder charges had been submitted.
He confirmed that detectives searching the crime scene found a ‘projectile at the premises which had been discharged and also a fire cartridge case’ as well as a ‘large amount of blood’.
"This has now been physically matched to a NSW Police firearm and forms part of the evidence for the alleged facts to face court for this 28-year-old man," he said.
"The discharge of the firearm in a house in Paddington has been matched to the 28-year-old man's firearm, however, we still have to establish what the cause of death is and that's why we need to find not only for our investigation but mainly for the family, where the location of the bodies are."

A recent statement from New South Wales Police Force reads: “As part of investigations into the disappearance of two men in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, a 29-year-old man presented to Bondi Police Station shortly after 10.30am today (Friday 23 February 2024).
“The man will be transferred to Waverley Police station where investigations will continue.”
The bodies of both Baird and Davies have not yet been located.
