KSI calls defeat to Tommy Fury a 'robbery'

KSI and Tommy Fury battled it out this evening (14 October) at a sold-out Manchester AO Arena.

KSI has called his defeat to Tommy Fury a 'robbery' and said he is going to 'appeal' the decision.

The British duo battled it out this evening (14 October) at a sold-out Manchester AO Arena.

On the night, it was a pretty equal fight that could have gone either way after the second round out of the six, where Fury received a point reduction for a punch in the back of KSI's head.

With his unorthodox approach, KSI did well in the opening rounds and looked to put Fury off his game.

In the third, the pro-boxer came back stronger and dominated the fourth.

Despite the points deduction, two judges ruled in favour of Fury with 57-56, while one scored the fight 57-57.

It was the brother of the Gypsy King who won by majority decision.

"Robbery, it's a robbery bro," said KSI.

"How many jabs did he land? And he had a point taken off as well. You weren't landing. Look at your face, look at your eyes. Look at you."

Fury replied: "You're a sore loser. You're a bum. Back to YouTube."

KSI added: "How do I lose a six rounder? Unreal.

"He is the man who is meant to be a pro boxer and he won a majority decision? It's outrageous man. The amount of times he hit me in the back of the head. So many times. And the referee only took one point? He kept doing it over and over.

"I'm sorry, it's outrageous.

"We're going to appeal, I want to appeal. I felt like I won that."

“We all know what’s going to happen,” said the younger brother of heavyweight champion, earlier this week.

“There’s no way this man can live with me. Who’s he fought? He’s fought a rapper and the rest are YouTubers. What is going on?

“In this boxing world, he is a bum. I’m not interested (in him). I’m levels above these guys. I’ve got every single advantage: bigger, stronger, reach, weight. This will be an early night, I promise you.

“I’ve trained like a demon for 10 weeks for this man and I’ve sparred everybody, I’ve been sparring Tyson, been sparring the whole lot of them.”

He added: “I’m in the crossover world of boxing, it’s a circus act… We know what we’re in for. I’m here to fight. Cut all the other bulls***, we’re fighting in two days, the talking is done.”

Earlier this evening, Logan Paul picked up a comfortable victory over Dillon Danis after the MMA fighter was disqualified.

The sixth and final round saw Danis try to illegally pull Paul to the ground before security stormed the ring.

Paul pretty much dominated rounds one to six as the MMA man barely lay a glove on the YouTuber.

It was a cagey performance from Danis who mocked Jake Paul's older brother by lying on the floor in round three.

Commentator Ariel Helwani said during the fight that 'Danis lives on the internet' and just wanted to go the distance with the WWE superstar.

Helwani said Danis 'has done nothing'.

"Denis is making him (Logan) look like Roy Jones Jr at the moment," the co-commentator added.
