Welsh gran with 'no teeth' leaves Prince William and Kate Middleton in hysterics when she meets Royals

The Prince and Princess of Wales were left in stitches after meeting a grandmother with 'no teeth' while in Wales.

The Prince and Princess of Wales were left in stitches after meeting a grandmother with 'no teeth' while in Wales. Prepare to have your heartstrings pulled:

Prince William and Kate, now the Prince and Princess of Wales, visited North Wales on Tuesday (27 September) on their first official visit with their new titles since Queen Elizabeth II passed away at the age of 96 earlier this month.

While greeting people outside of the Holyhead Lifeboat station, William and Kate were called over by a woman with 'no teeth' and got into jokey conversation about the couple needing a babysitter.

The encounter left not only Prince William and Princess Kate, but other onlookers, in absolute hysterics.

The woman called Prince William over to tell him how much she 'loves how [he and Kate] are raising [their] children'.

Prince William promised to chat again with the Nain the next time he's up in North Wales.

"They are incredible," she said.

Prince William then joked that the couple are actually 'looking for a babysitter', to which the woman replied by saying she would take on the role, but she's 'got no teeth'.

The comment sending howls of laughter through the crowd and from the Royals.

Despite her daughter's best attempts to calm her down - the grandmother clapping away - the nain (Welsh for grandmother) then clutched the Prince's hand and told him how much she loved him for being 'so real'.

"Diana would be so proud of you," she continued.

Prince William then walked on to greet other members of the public, who had gathered to see him and Kate, but not before thanking the nain and promising to 'chat again the next time [he and Kate] are up'.

The post has since amassed tens of thousands of views, with people having flooded to the video in support of the Prince and Princess of Wales.

One said: "He is just the best."

"She got that right Diana would of been so proud of her son William," another wrote.

A third spoke out in concern of the Prince of Wales. They wrote: "Bless him. He’s putting on a good show but he looks gaunt and it seems a little forced. I think losing his Gran has hit him hard, but he’s still going out and doing his duty because it’s what she wanted."

However, another responded: "It has hit him hard but I would not call him gaunt. He is a very handsome fine man."

A final user joked: "Catherine is so great with the children and William is so great with the grannies!"
