Kanye West Banned From Grammy's Over 'Concerning Behaviour'

The Grammys have reportedly axed Ye due to 'concerning online behaviour'

Kanye West has reportedly been barred from The Grammys due to 'concerning online behaviour'.

The 44-year-old who just days ago was banned from Instagram for 24-hours looks to be axed from the award show amid his Instagram posts about ex wife Kim Kardashian, her new boyfriend Pete Davidson and comedian Trevor Noah.

The Blast reports that Kanye's team received a phonemail earlier on Friday evening (18 March) to confirm that he was being pulled from the line-up of performers.

Since the show is being hosted by comedian Noah, the publication report that was one of the reasons why Kanye was removed.

Ye's latest outburst was directed at Noah, where he used a racial slur against the comedian.

Kanye didn't like Noah's comments about his breakup with Kim.

The post came after Noah addressed the drama between Kanye, Kim and Pete on The Daily Show

“You may not feel sorry for Kim because she’s rich and famous, because of the way she dresses, because she appropriates black culture, because she tells women they’re lazy, broke the internet and then didn’t put it back together, whatever, you hate her,” Noah said to the audience.

“But what she’s going through is terrifying to watch, and it shines a spotlight on what so many women go through when they choose to leave.”

Clearly annoyed at the angle that was taken, the rapper uploaded a screenshot of Noah's bio from Google to his Instagram account.

Ye was slammed for using derogatory language against Noah and the TV host hit back saying it was a massive disappointment to see one of his idols act in that way.

“There are few artists who have had more of an impact on me than you Ye," Noah wrote on social media.

Kanye added the caption: "K**n baya my lord k**n baya K**n baya my lord K**n baya Oooo' lord K**n baya."

"You took samples and turned them into symphonies. You took your pain and through the wire turned it into performance perfection.

"I thought differently about how I spend my money because of you, I learned to protect my child-like creativity from grown thoughts because of you, s**t I still smile every time I put on my seatbelt because of you.

"You’re an indelible part of my life Ye. Which is why it breaks my heart to see you like this.

"I don’t care if you support Trump and I don’t care if you roast Pete. I do however care when I see you on a path that’s dangerously close to peril and pain."

On 17 March Kanye was suspended from Instagram for 24 hours after a spokesperson for Meta reportedly told TMZ that the rapper has violated their policies on bullying and harassment.
