The star had been filming the last ever episode of Keith Lemon’s Celebrity Juice when she catapulted herself down a flight of stairs.

The This Morning presenter had tried to grab a piece of cardboard from Celeb Juice veteran Fearne Cotton as part of a game that saw the celebrity hosts (including Joe Swash and Joey Essex) run into the audience in search of hidden tokens.

By the looks of it, Holly had managed to snatch one from Fearne and was running back to the panel when she fell into the audience.

Watching on from the stage, Emily Atack and Will Mellor flashed concerned faces while her co-stars ran to Holly’s aid.

The Celebrity Juice episode in question airs tonight (8 December) on ITV2 and speaking about the end of the show, Keith said: "It’s a lot of fun and I got a bit emotional at the end.

"I don’t think that bit is in. I was in like some kind of emotional bubble. It was a bit like a dream, but I was trying to cherish the day.”

He added: "I came off stage and just hugged my wife and teared up. It’s making me tear up now just thinking about it. It was a great ending and we just played all the classic games.

Keith Lemon began hosting Celebrity Juice in 2008.

"And of course, there was a T-Rex there! Gotta have a T-Rex on ya last show haven’t you? And do ya know what I thought I’d be cool about it.”

The comedy legend concluded: "It ran for a long time and came to its natural end. I’d love to do the odd special or some kind of live thing that’s in a similar vein to Juice. It was so fun. But who knows?"

It was announced in June that the show had been axed after 14 years on air.

The comedian wrote on Twitter at the time: "After 14 years, 26 series, 300 eps @CelebJuice is concluding later this year."

He then posted a compilation video of moments from the show set to the song Time to Say Goodbye and went on to thank the fans who have tuned into the show over the years, as well as 'the team captains, guests, crew and ITV2'.

"It was the longest most fun party! I had a wonderful time," he added. "Big love."
