Danny Dyer says he needs an operation on one of his 'b******s' - which is the size of a jacket potato.

The EastEnders actor opened up about the bloated ball on his podcast Sorted with the Dyers, alongside daughter Dani - who wasn't best pleased to hear him bring up his ball.

The 43-year-old said: "I'm thinking about having a bit of laser surgery, but the other thing I've got to get done is my b*****k.

"I've got a massive b*****k, it's called a hydrocele.

"Basically one of them is like a f*****g jacket potato. For real. It's one big ball.

"So I've got the biggest b*****k in the world and the smallest b*****k in the world.

"If it's a cold day then my winkle looks like a little slug lying on an apple."

What a lovely image. No explanation of what condition he has that makes his penis look like a little slug though.

The geezer previously revealed his massive nut on Celebrity Juice in 2016 - as in, literally revealed it.

Holly Willoughby practically fell off her chair when she saw it. You can watch that here (though be warned the clip contains some strong language):

Dyer might want to double check he's getting the right procedure when he does get his plums seen to.

In 2019, the NHS had to pay out more than £3 million having made 159, well, balls ups in the previous seven years.

Many men had the wrong testicle removed, while one bloke received the wrong treatment for torsion - a twisting of the tubes which cuts off blood - causing his gonad to become gangrenous and leaving no other option than for it to be cut off.

In the majority of cases, the errors were the result of delays in correctly diagnosing an illness, forcing doctors to cut off testicles which could have otherwise been saved.

However, there were a few men who had the wrong testicle removed due to a surgical error, and after realising their blunder, doctors then had to remove the correct one.

According to negligence lawyers cited by The Sun, the NHS usually pays around £20,000 ($26,000) after admitting fault for leaving men with only one testicle; however, patients who have had both testicles can expect to receive up to £70,000 ($91,000), due to being left infertile.
