Wordle Users Complain Anyone Who Completes Today’s Game “Deserves A PhD”

Players of the viral daily word game have taken to Twitter to share their thoughts on Wordle 251 - and they're not happy about it.

Wordle users have complained that anyone who completes today’s game on 25th February “deserves a PhD”.

Players of the viral daily word game, which was recently taken over by The New York Times, have taken to Twitter to share their thoughts on Wordle 251 - and they’re not happy about it.

Abby took to the social media platform to share her result, which showed her guessing the word correctly on the sixth try, and wrote: “Everyone who solved today's Wordle deserves a PhD.”

Others, however, did not manage to correctly guess today’s word, aren’t weren’t too impressed with the game.

Seth, who didn’t manage to de-code the Wordle wrote on the site: “This is quite possibly the worst thing to happen to me in Wordle.”

Another social media mogul posted their incomplete grid and imitated Carrie Bradshaw from Sex and the City as they penned: “As I stare at the available letters and am not able to form a single word, I have to wonder.....am I just a dumbass?”

A different gamer even noted that their incomplete grid “even spelled out an ‘L’”.

The near-impossible Wordle today comes as many users were overjoyed at being “back in the game” yesterday.

During Wordle 250, one player took to the social media platform to share their result after correctly guessing the daily word in just four tries, writing: “IM BACK IN THE F***IN GAME [sic]”, alongside a meme of a woman happy-crying.

The latest Wordle reaction comes around a week after the game was taken over by The New York Times after the original creator, Josh Wardle, sold the game for a currently unknown seven-figure amount.
