Just yesterday Eminem unleashed a pretty cutting freestyle about President Donald Trump at the BET awards.
But while Slim Shady might not throw his support by Trump's presidency, Trump actually endorsed the rapper for president way back in 2004. Sort of.

How surreal is that? I mean, aside from the fact that Trump is now the president, it just seems like a really odd fit having Trump in front of that crowd in the first place.
The footage, which is from an MTV special called The Shady National Convention back in 2004, has recently re-surfaced following Slim Shady's appearance at the BET awards, where he did not hold back on what he thought of the POTUS, rapping: "Well if he does build it, I hope it's rock solid with bricks, 'cause like him and politics I'm using all of his tricks, 'cause I'm throwing that piece of shit against the wall 'till it sticks.

"And any fan of mine who's a supporter of his I'm drawing in the sand a line, you're either for or against, and if you can't decide who you like more in your spilt, or who you should stand beside, I'll do it for you with this... Fuck you."

Which is a far cry from Trump's speech in 2004, where he said: "Nice group, nice group. Okay, listen, listen, listen. When the Shady Party called me and told me there's going to be a convention, I said it's gotta be a really big one, and it's gotta be right here in New York. Because this is the best city anywhere in the world, am I right? Of course I'm right! I'm always right! I'm Donald Trump, I'm always right!
