Nella Rose breaks silence on Fred Sirieix argument after I’m A Celeb exit

Nella Rose has broken her silence on her controversial spat with Fred Sirieix following her I'm A Celebrity exit last night.

The huge talking point from the ITV show so far took place earlier in the series, when social media star Rose told Sirieix that her father had passed away.

Later while speaking about their age difference (he's 51, Rose is 26), Fred said he 'could be her dad'.

The next day, Rose lashed out at Sirieix, saying she felt 'disrespected' by his comment and telling him to stay away from her.

Rose explained in the Bush Telegraph: "Last night after dinner Fred made a comment about him basically how he could be my dad

"I took offence to that because one of the first conversations we had together was me opening up about the fact that my dad's passed away."

Sirieix had called Rose over to have some food, but the social media star was reluctant to eat.

He approached Rose and said: "Nella? Darling? You don't want to eat?"

Rose replied: "Can you leave me alone?"

She explained he'd made a comment the day before, saying: "You know that my mum's dead, and you know that my dad's dead. You know that, right?"

After having it out with him, Sirieix replied: "I am so sorry. Can I just say? First of all, I am sorry I've offended you. I am unaware that you felt offended.

"I am unaware that what I said would lead to this conversation, I only said that in a way because I am older than you, I am 51 and you're 26."

Rose said: "I'm not stupid, you're not going to little girl me, you're not."

Fred replied: "It wasn't like that at all."

I'm A Celeb fans were left divided by the exchange.

Talking today to This Morning following her exit, Rose addressed her argument: "Everything in the jungle everything is intensified."

She then clarified: "I haven't been able to watch anything back yet. But I know everything that's gone on.

"It is a big, fat misunderstanding - we have got over it."
