TV personality Schofield is said to be worth a massive $12 million thanks to his presenting career.
Sources say he is paid a whopping £600,000 a year for presenting This Morning, and £45,000 per episode of Dancing On Ice.
He started out seeking work at a local radio station as a teenager, as he had his heart set on broadcasting.
Schofield got his foot in the door at the age of 17 with a job as a clerk at his local BBC.
It was when he moved to New Zealand that he had his first break in presenting, hosting a TV show for children called Shazam!
Upon moving back to the UK, Schofield started work for CBBC in the mid 80s as a continuity presenter.
He has been a regular face on This Morning for 20 years now, joining in 2002 with Fern Britton, when he replaced John Leslie.

Schofield surprised fans with his vocal talents, and moved on to taking the role of Doctor Dolittle and toured the UK in 2000.
His role as Joseph was much loved, and he repeated it for Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway in 2018 for a nostalgia hit.
Schofield previously lived with his family in Oxfordshire but reportedly moved into a flat in London after coming out as gay.
He is also the face of WeBuyAnyCar and does many different voiceovers for advertising.
The star apparently has an impressive red wine collection, after he was introduced to it by Jason Donovan. He runs a separate social media account called schofeonwine, and has written for Waitrose about the drink.
