Outnumbered child actor appears to pose with 'stash of drugs' on Instagram

The former child star posted a photo on Instagram with what looks like a big stash of drugs

A former child star has been caught flaunting what appear to be bags and bags of drugs on his social media account.

Fans of the hit series will remember Daniel Roche for playing the unnervingly inquisitive Ben in the long-running sitcom Outnumbered:

The hit BBC series was once the biggest thing on TV, with millions tuning in every week to see the latest chaotic scenes in the Brockman household.

However, as is often the case, kids grow up and Daniel is no longer the floppy-haired child we once knew, he is instead a floppy-haired 23-year-old.

And it appears that he has been enjoying a bit of travelling with some mates in South East Asia recently.

However, in a recent post on his Instagram account, where the actor shared a number of snaps from his sun-kissed holiday, he also put up a pic of him holding up what appear to be copious amounts of drugs.

Daniel Roche was seen holding a bunch of a number of drug-like substances.

In the photo in question, a very smiley Daniel is seen with his hands full of packets of what seem to be a green herb-like substance of some description.

One of the packages, in his right hand, also has the word 'kush' written across it in pen, which, for the uninitiated among you, just so happens to be another word for cannabis.

The series of pics were shared with the caption: "No case in the Golden Triangle."

Now, it should be noted that there is no suggestion from the photos that Daniel has taken any drugs, but questions have been raised over the post.

LADbible has also contacted him for a comment.

Daniel was in Outnumbered from 2007 to 2016, starring alongside on-screen siblings Tyger Drew-Honey and Ramona Marquez, with Claire Skinner and Hugh Denis playing their parents.

Speaking to Vice about the experience, Daniel said that he didn't immediately understand how big the show was.

"I don’t think I appreciated the gravity of it, even as the show got successful, until years later," he said.

"It first happened when I was at primary school, but I don’t remember anyone making a fuss."

But as the viewing figures grew, and more and more people began to recognise him, Daniel said that he would get spotted a lot.

And though he didn't always like it, he said that he learned to live with the fame and tried to take it in his stride.

He added: "It wasn’t something that I loved, and it was an obstacle at times, but I’d still indulge the person because why wouldn’t you? It’s usually just people being nice to you.

"It always felt neither positive nor negative; sometimes my friends get quite annoyed, but I don’t. It happens at festivals a lot."
