Ke Huy Quan has massive hug with Harrison Ford as Everything Everywhere All at Once wins Best Picture

There were plenty of people involved with Everything Everywhere All At Once who were overjoyed when the film won Best Picture at this year's Academy Awards.

The crowd at The Dolby Theatre in Hollywood jumped to their feet and erupted with applause after hearing the A24 movie take out one of the biggest awards on the night.

Ke Huy Quan was one of the first to make his way to the stage to accept his award and he had a beautiful reunion with the gong's presenter.

It was none other than Harrison Ford, who was his co-star in the 1984 classic Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom.

Quan rushed towards the 80-year-old and the two had a massive hug in front of everyone.

The footage went viral on social media, with one person saying: "Honestly, I don't think I've ever seen Harrison Ford genuinely smile that much before. Ke Huy Quan is pure good energy. He is an inspiration."

Another added: "I love these two. Quan is just the purest soul and Harrison Ford just comes off as someone who's really living his best life. Watching him in 'Shrinking' just puts a giant smile on my face. What a feel good Oscars this was!"

A third wrote: "Ke Huy Quan literally had my heart tonight. He’s just too wholesome for this world."

It was so epic to see the two actors back together again and have Ford congratulate Quan on all his success at tonight's event.

Not only did his film take out Best Picture, but Quan won Best Supporting Actor for his role in Everything Everywhere All At Once.

Presenter Ariana DeBose was in tears as she handed over the award to Quan when he arrived onto the stage.

The actor tearfully told the crowd: "My journey started on a boat. I spent a year in a refugee camp and somehow I ended up here on Hollywood's biggest stage.

"They say stories like this only happen in the movies. I can't believe this is happening to me. This is the American dream."

He added: "I owe everything to the love of my life, my wife Echo, who month after month, year after year for 20 years told me that one day, one day my time will come.

"Dreams are something you have to believe in. I almost gave up on mine.

"To all of you out there, please keep your dreams alive."
