Trailer for Saw X has been released and Jigsaw is playing his most deranged game yet

Jigsaw has made yet another frightful return to our screens with the release of the brand-new trailer for Saw X.

In the upcoming film, set to give audiences the fright of their lives in cinemas later this autumn, the maniacal killer portrayed by Tobin Bell will be playing his most deranged game yet.

Joining Bell in the movie are Synnøve Macody Lund, Steven Brand, Michael Beach, and Renata Vaca.

Although the villain met his end in Saw III, he continued to appear in further Saw films in flashbacks but now fans can finally see Bell back in his full sadistic glory.

"The most disturbing instalment of the Saw franchise yet explores the untold chapter of Jigsaw’s most personal game," it gord on.

"Set between the events of Saw I and II, a sick and desperate John travels to Mexico for a risky and experimental medical procedure in hopes of a miracle cure for his cancer – only to discover the entire operation is a scam to defraud the most vulnerable."

In the trailer, Kramer can be heard saying: "

You all pretended to cure me, but what I have planned for each of you is very real."

Yikes.

The official synopsis continues: "Armed with a newfound purpose, the infamous serial killer returns to his work, turning the tables on the con artists in his signature visceral way through devious, deranged, and ingenious traps."

Horror lovers all over the globe are clearing on the edge of their seats with thousands eager to feast their eyes on yet another addition to the gory thriller franchise and finally hear Jigsaw deliver his iconic yet stomach-churning line: "It's time to play a game."

Thousands have since rushed to social media to share their views on the trailer.

"Absolutely cant wait for this," wrote one Twitter user, while a second penned: "I got chills."

"I am definitely watching," declared a third.

A fourth fan added: "Omg this is so good and I'm loving that Jigsaw is back - Tobin Bell is literally perfect for this."

"I'm terrified," revealed a fifth, while a sixth echoed: "This looks f***ing incredible. Oh my God."

And a final fan added: "I like how this one is very personal to John. Towards the newer movies it was just about other people's feelings but now we are focusing on the real killer - I love it."

Saw X will be available to watch in cinemas this autumn on 27 October.
