Snoop Dogg revealed the only person who can out-smoke him

Snoop Dogg revealed the only person who can out-smoke him

That's right, someone has out-smoked the Doggfather before

The California rapper has revealed the one person who has managed to out-smoke him in his 52 years on Earth.

Snoop Dogg is known for two things - his music, which features numerous collaborations with other artists and the fact that he is an avid weed smoker, lover and supporter.

One of the biggest, if not the biggest, advocates for legalising marijuana in the US, Snoop is known for being high, pretty much all the time.

So it should come as a shock then, when he openly admitted that there was one person that had him tapping out when they lit up together.

It turns out that it was another fellow musician who smoked the rapper under the table, and you might be able to guess who it is.

One of the most recognisable country stars in the world, he is a pioneer of the genre and is famous for his long-hair and double plaited look that he has donned into his later years.

It is none other than Willie Nelson, who is also one of the most famous pot smokers in the world.

Known for his love of the Devil's Lettuce, Snoop couldn't keep up with the pensioner when the pair had a smoking session together.

And on this day, Nelson's 91st birthday, what better time to revisit the story than now?

This revelation came on a 2018 episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live, when the Doggfather was asked who he would put on a ‘Mount Rushmore' of pot smokers.

Kimmel said: "Seth Rogen was here last week, and we were talking about Mount Rushmore of pot smokers, and of course, you are on,

"And I think that Seth is on Mt. Rushmore. Who would you put on that Mt. Rushmore?"

Naming his own top dogs, Snoop took time to think before saying: "I would put Bob Marley.

“I would put Cheech and Chong - they were the first faces on the mountain, they're the ones who showed us what a mountain was."

Then, he moved onto the real chief.

"Willie P. Nelson is definitely on there," he added.

"And by the way, Willie Nelson is the only person who has ever out-smoked Snoop Dogg. I had to hit the 'time out' button."

Kimmel then asked whether he’d ever had to use that particular button before, with the rapper responding: “Never, never.”

Willie himself has since backed up this tale, giving an interview with the Daily Beast in which he said: “That was over in Amsterdam!

“I called Snoop and I said, 'Hey buddy, you gotta come over here. This is where it’s at!'

"So, he came over and we hit every bar, every smoke place in Amsterdam. We had a helluva time."

Pressed on what makes him so hardened to the sweet leaf, Willie said: "Oh, I don’t know. There’s probably people that can out-smoke me! I don’t do a lot of smoking anymore.

"I’ve switched over to a vaporizer because it’s better on my lungs."

At the age of 91, Nelson has evidently done more than his share over the years.
