Russell Kane has shared an injury he sustained in quite a unique way.
Kane recently starred on the show Celebrity Save Our Sperm alongside radio DJ Melvin Odoom and Made In Chelsea's Ollie Locke.
The trio were tasked with increasing their sperm count over a 10-week period in the Channel 4 documentary that aired earlier this year.
As I'm sure you can guess, part of the project involved the stars - cough - you know, masturbating, as a way of tracking their progress.

And Kane said he did so much w***king that he gave The Inbetweeners' Jay Cartwright a run for his money and 'fractured his forearm'.
Kane is happily married to Lindsey Cole, and the pair will celebrate their 10th anniversary next year.
They share daughter Mina together and, while Kane, 48, said he doesn't want any more kids, he was still moved to discover that he was 'functionally infertile'.
But come the end of the experiment (pun intended), Kane's sperm count had increased significantly.

While it was an undeniably emotional documentary to be involved in, the comedian said he enjoyed it because he got to do is 'favourite hobby' - masturbating.
He told Daily Star at the premiere for Rise of the Footsoldier: Vengeance: "It was a learning curve and I got to do my favourite hobby which is masturbating.
"I actually fractured a forearm muscle - it's only just recovered.
"I never thought I'd end up on telly as a w**ker which is ironic as a lot of people shout that at me in the street when I go by."

Elsewhere, Kane discussed sperm count being 'tied up in masculinity' and said he was surprised when he became 'emotional' when he received the news he had a low count, despite not wanting more kids.
He told the publication that his family is 'complete'.
Kane's remarks about his apparent injured forearm have tickled many of his followers after he shared the headline to his Instagram.
"I laughed so hard at this I farted Russell," wrote one of his 354,000 followers.
"This has made my DAY!!!" added Celebs Go Dating's Anna Williamson.

"So funny love it," said someone else, as others quipped that he could claim on it as it's a 'work related injury'.
Jokes aside, Celebrity Save Our Sperm was hailed as 'useful viewing to anyone struggling to conceive, or planning to have a family in the future' by iNews.
Some of the main takeaways from the programme was that men should wear boxer shorts instead of tight underwear and generally let their testicles hang cool.
Cold baths are also encouraged.
