Adele told fans her that her Las Vegas residency ‘brought her back to life’ after confirming she will extend the hit show.
The 34-year-old singer performed what was intended to be the final show on Saturday (25 March) where she told the crowd that she’ll be back on stage at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace this summer.
“I feel so safe here,” she gushed to fans. “My life is tiny. I don’t really leave my house and that’s by choice. My life used to be massive when I was younger. But it is like the bigger my career has got, the more scared and anxious I have become.”

Adele added: “I hang out with my dogs, my son and my boyfriend, and chat away with my housekeeper. On Friday and Saturdays, I really look forward to coming [to Vegas] and it feels like having a night out and seeing my friends.
"It’s brought me back to life."
According to The Sun, she went on: “Usually get butterflies and get nervous and I say a little stage prayer and cross my fingers, but I don’t get anxious with these shows. It has been the best four months of my career. This show has brought me so much joy. I have loved doing it.”
Adele’s Las Vegas residency - titled Weekends with Adele - had a rocky journey to the stage after a last minute cancellation due to delays.

After the show was announced in November 2021 - the same month Adele released her fourth album 30 - the mum-of-one broke fans’ hearts in an emotional video confirming she had to postpone the shows.
The BRIT school alum stressed that she and her team had tried ‘absolutely everything [they could] to pull it together in time, and for it to be good enough for you’, but they had been ‘absolutely destroyed by delivery delays and COVID’.
Having been forced to abandon its initial schedule of a January 2022 launch, the ‘Easy on Me’ singer described herself as feeling ‘gutted’, ‘so upset’ and 'embarrassed' as she apologised to fans and explained that she and her team had been ‘awake for over 30 hours… trying to figure it out’ but that she was ‘unable’ to perform with the show at that point.
Her residency finally kicked off in November 2022 and with the additional shows set to take place between June to November this year, the show has been a huge success.

The hitmaker said: “Playing to four thousand people for 34 nights is not enough. And I know it's not enough, so I am coming back.”
During the Saturday show, Adele spoke emotionally about her last minute cancellation last year, describing the decision as the ‘worst thing I’d ever felt in my career’.
The chart-topping artist also teased a concert film, saying: “And after a few weeks in June I'm going to film it and I'm going to release it to make sure that anyone that wants to see it can see the show and then I'll be back from August until the end of fall.”
